1. Data Controller

The controller of your personal data is Marek Różański, doing business under the MAREVITAINVEST brand (Spain).

2. What data we collect

Data you provide yourself in the forms (contact, inquiry about an offer, property valuation, property search): name and surname, e-mail address, phone number (optional), message content, and information about the property or what you are looking for.

Technical data saved automatically when submitting the form: the language of the page from which the message was sent, and campaign parameters (UTM) if you reached the page from an ad or link. We do not save the IP address in the database.

If you write to us via WhatsApp or e-mail, we process the data you provide in that conversation.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Responding to inquiries, presenting offers, preparing valuations, and further handling of property purchases or sales — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).

Website security, protection against spam, and error detection — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest).

Fulfillment of legal obligations, e.g., accounting and anti-money laundering related to transactions — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

We do not send newsletters or advertisements without your explicit consent and do not make automated decisions regarding you.

4. Recipients of data

We use verified service providers who process data solely on our instructions: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Neon Inc. (database, servers in the EU), Resend Inc. (sending e-mail notifications about new inquiries), Functional Software Inc. — Sentry (technical error reporting, without data from forms), Cloudflare Inc. (DNS and mail forwarding), and Google (e-mail inbox).

Some of these companies are based in the USA. Data transfers are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

During a transaction, with your knowledge, we may transfer necessary data to a notary, law firm, bank, or real estate developer.

5. How long we keep data

We retain data from inquiries for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a transaction takes place — then for as long as required by law (e.g., tax regulations).

You can ask for your data to be deleted earlier at any time.

6. Cookies and external services

The site does not use advertising or analytical cookies and does not track you across sites. We only save necessary technical settings (e.g., selected language).

On the offer pages, we display a Google Maps map. After it loads, Google may save its own cookies in accordance with its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

The WhatsApp button opens the WhatsApp application (Meta). Data provided in this conversation is also processed by Meta in accordance with its rules.

Links to our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn profiles lead to services that have their own privacy policies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest.

To exercise these rights, write to marevitainvest@gmail.com — we will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Spain — Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es), in Poland — Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl), or with the authority in the country where you reside.

8. Voluntary provision of data and security

Providing data is voluntary, but without your name and e-mail address, we will not be able to respond to your inquiry.

The site operates exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to inquiries is restricted only to the agency owner.

9. Changes to the policy

We may update this policy, e.g., when the services we use change. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last modification.
